About Your Teacher...

Hello! I'm Alison. I'm an herbalist, flower essence practitioner and holistic wellness coach who loves all things botanical, herbal and green! Decades ago I began a plant journey that led me to the herbally-inspired life I now live.

What does that look like? It’s the daily practice of infusing beneficial herbs into all aspects of my lifestyle: what I eat, my personal care and my environment.

In this FREE Mayday Masterclass, I’ll be sharing the importance of creating an environment and a lifestyle that keeps our nervous system calm and centered. What will I learn in the Masterclass?

This event is focused on teaching you strategies and tips for creating a more calm and soothing daily lifestyle. Not only will we be talking about helpful plants, you'll also be taking time to assess your own life and find those areas where you can apply them right away. We're all looking for more peace in our lives and this is designed to help you get there. If that's attractive, then join me for 3 days together!

How do the daily sessions work?

Each day I will share information on what our nervous system needs to be healthy and some of the herbs that can support us on that journey to a calm and healthy lifestyle.   Each of the three days is about 45 minutes in length, followed by a VIP Session for those who want to go deeper into specific relaxation techniques. 

What if I’ve never used any herbs before?

During the trainings, I will be walking you through the easy steps that you need to know about using herbal products! No previous experience required. Just a desire to know more about the plants that we can use to create a more soothing, stress-free lifestyle!

What if I told you that the root cause of many of our chronic health conditions is the ongoing level of stress we carry in our bodies? Does that seem crazy or does it make perfect sense?

In today’s world, most of us are under a lot of pressure to perform, produce and be perfect. If we buy into this expectation, we’re destined to live a stressful life. So it’s no wonder we’re all suffering from chronic syndromes and conditions. While most doctors agree that stress levels are a huge factor in health, modern medicine can only offer a pill to suppress the symptoms.

Our bodies are magnificent and amazing when all our systems are in balance. But the nervous system---our body’s electrical system that brings in all the information from our world---is not designed for the fast-paced modern lifestyle. Like any system, when it gets out of balance---when it becomes dis-regulated and de-calibrated---it shorts out. We find our batteries drained and ourselves functioning in a desperate, survival state.

Unfortunately, holistic solutions for stress are often focused on a long list of relaxing activities that we must fit into our already too full, time-limited daily routine: spend an hour each morning meditating and journaling; take a 30 minute walk every day (when exactly will that happen?); go to the gym, get a massage, take a bath and so on. Even if we have the time to add these into our schedules, it’s rare that these services are covered by our insurance and let’s face it, paying for a regular routine of body work sessions, salt tanks and spa days is not in most household budgets.
